sangati center music archive
A number of valuable archives already exist online, and are maintained by the efforts of sincere 'rasikas' ('connoisseurs'). We hope to contribute something unique, and we value all the work of others.

donate recordings
Do you have recordings of concerts at the Sangati Center?Or do you have a collection of non-commercial recordings of Indian classical music, perhaps on cassette, reel-to-reel tape, or records (78, 33 1/3, 45rpm)?
Donate or lend them to the Sangati Center, and we can digitize them and identify any recordings that are of high archival value (rare, old, well-recorded, etc.) to make available to an audience of listeners who would appreciate them.
donate audio equipment
Do you have high-quality audio equipment that would serve our digitizing process? In particular, we are interested in reel-to-reel tape players and record players. They don't make these like they used to, and if you have a good old one that you are not using, please consider letting us dust it off and put it to good use.
books, posters, etc.
Do you have books on Indian classical music lying around, or old publicity posters or other media?Donate them to the Sangati Center, as we work to set up a physical archive as well, on-site at the Sangati Center, with a book library, etc.
